Begining Sepetember 1 we will begin offering transportation services to regions III & IV of the correctional map. To start we will have transportation leaving from Fort Lauderdale & Tampa additonal departures site will be added upon demand. Reservations are only confirmed when payment has been received & verified. Please use all resources avaible to ensure you have a pleasent no hassle visit with you loved one. If you are unaware which region your loved on facility falls under please use the tools provided. Reservations are only confirmed when payment has been received & verified; a confirmation email will be sent with departure times & locations (please ve advised buses will not leave facility until visitation is closed). It is your responsibility to be at the departure location at the time of departure & we can not be held liable for missed buses. In the event that any special assistance are required please contact us and advise so they can be addressed. Cancellations must be received 96 hours prior to departure in order to obtain a refund. In the event you do miss your departure you will have the option to make an advanced reservation to that same facility the available weekend of your choice. In order to do so you will have to send an email to billing@inmatefamilies1st.com the subject line must include the facility & your name. The email it self must include the date that you want to reserve, you will get back an email once you have been confirmed on that trip. If you do not receive confirmation with in 24 hour please contact us by using any option available on the contact page of our web-site. It is your responsibility to review the visitation guidelines that were sent with your application for visitation from the facility. If you need a copy of those please send a request so that it can be forwarded to you. I suggest you contact that facility direct if you have any questions &/or concerns prior to your visiting that facility. As an additional suggestions review the helpful hints that are available on our web-site. Refunds will not be given to you for being refused by the facility for any reason. Under special circumstances exceptions (these exceptions are at the sole discretion of management & are done on a case by case basis) will be made & a discount will be given.
